We, are looking for a friendly, dedicated professional to join our amazing team as a Full-Time Customer Service Rep with some sales. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may be beneficial to their needs. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your sales career.

If you have experience in customer service or sales in another industry, we will provide all of the knowledge and education you need to be successful and grow your career in insurance.

Salary Range: $3000.00 - $5500.00 per month

Base Salary Plus Commission. Entry-level candidates start with a Base Salary of $XX,XXX and will make at least $XX,XXX in additional commissions. Experienced candidates start with a Base Salary of $XX,XXX and top earners make an average of $XX,XXX in additional commissions.

Process customer policy change requests.

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Take premium payments from customers.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Generating insurance quotes.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Be outstanding at relationship building.

Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Work independently and as part of a team.
